Our mustard oil begins with seeds grown in India. The name "Indian Mustard Seed Oil" describes the seeds' origin; it does not refer to an added spice blend or a prepared mustard condiment.

Cold pressing uses mechanical pressure to extract oil from seeds. BioNatal's mustard seed oil is pressed at temperatures up to 115°F. This is the production temperature limit, not a recommendation to heat the oil before applying it.
