Good stuff i tried for a few months but i pefer the oil because you get all the thymoquinine with it. They benefited me but not as .much as my regular oil teaspoons I just ordered the bigger bottle .

Happy with my purchase.
I noticed a difference fairly quickly. Seems to help keep me regular. Doesn't cause burps. No aftertaste. I recommend eating first. Quality soft gel that's easy to swallow even though they are a good size.

Covid Cure
This oil has more than one benefit. I'm not sure how but I wasn't able to smell since Covid and now I can breathe and smell much better. I almost don't need my asthma medication anymore and it's so wonderful to be able to smell again! It relieves pain and increases energy. I ordered 4 more bottles right away so I don't run out. I can't take the oil anymore because of the taste so the capsules are great!
